Online orders

For business account customers, delivery is free on all orders over £30*. For all orders under £30, a £3.95 delivery charge will be applied.

*A charge of £6.95 will be applied to any business account customers who do not log-in to their RS Account when placing an order.

For private accounts and guest customers, delivery is free for all orders over £50. For orders under £50, a charge of £6.95 will be applied.

Offline orders (telephone, email or fax)

For business account customers, delivery is free on all orders over £30. For orders under £30, a £3.95 delivery charge will be applied.

For private accounts, a delivery charge of £6.95 will be applied on all orders placed offline.

Please place your order before 8.30pm (8.00pm in Northern Ireland) Monday – Friday for next working day delivery. We aim to deliver next working day between 7.00am and 6.00pm. Orders placed after 8.30pm on Friday will be delivered Tuesday.

Business account customers are defined by having a VAT registration number or an RS credit account.

Customers and accounts that have an integrated system or solution** are exempt from the small order delivery charge. If you need further information, please check with your RS account manager.

Same Day Courier

Available 24/7 for urgent orders. Our courier service starts from just £10. This may not be available in some locations. Only available for account customers and excludes extended range and calibration.

Call Off

We hold your forecasted stock at your RS Local branch. Call off and pay, only when you need it.

Timed Delivery

We offer a next day delivery service direct to site. Receive your order early to help you plan your day. Helps where site access is restricted.

Consolidated Delivery

We bring together multiple orders into a single delivery. Cuts handling so is ideal for businesses with a central goods-in process.

Same Day Collection

We have 16 branches open Monday to Friday from 8.00am – 4.30pm. We have thousands of products in stock.
