How do I return a product?

You can request a return online through 'My Account' via your order history or the online returns form.

If you are returning a product that you ordered in error, you can return this immediately to the address below (you need to pre-pay postage and a processing charge will apply).

For non-business customers who wish to return a product to RS for reasons of 'Customer error' there will be no processing charge if it is returned within 30 days of delivery

It is your responsibility to make sure the items are securely packaged, labelled and transported in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations (including those relating to the transport of hazardous materials).
