How do I return a product?

You can request a return online through 'My Account' via your order history. You must be registered to access 'My Account'. If you have not registered to access My Account, please contact our customer services team on 03457 201201.

When requesting a return, please take into account the following:

 - When returning a product please use the returns label on your delivery note or click here for the RS returns label.

 - It is your responsibility to make sure the items are securely packaged, labelled and transported in accordance with all applicable       laws and regulations (including those relating to the transport of hazardous materials).

 - For terms and conditions, please see Section 12 of the 'Cancellations and Returns' in our conditions of sale.

 - RS does not accept the return of certain items. Please click here to find out more.

 - Please send lithium-ion and lithium-metal batteries with the relevant health and safety label clearly attached to the package. (Download your Lithium Battery packaging label here)
