This means that you have a complete view of all purchases placed online or offline (phone, fax, email, or sales agent etc). You also have the option to access a full 13-month history of orders made by you and your organisation.
As long as you have a ‘sold-to’ number you can access your own orders and those of your colleagues.
How to search for an order
There are multiple ways to search for an order e.g. using your RS order number, channel, date or name.
Step 1 – Go to ‘My Account’ from the navigation bar
Step 2 – Click on the ‘View All Orders’ tab in the drop-down menu
Step 3 - A list of orders will appear—select your search method and click 'Search Orders'.
You can also search by your own order number, RS stock number or RS order number
