    How do I start a return?

    Need to return an item? Something not quite right? Don’t worry, whatever the reason, we’re happy to arrange the return of your products within 30 days of you receiving them, in line with our terms and conditions.

    How do I return a product?

    Simply log into My Account to request a return online via your order history.

    Quick Steps

    Step 1: Log in here - then select ‘My Account’ from the top navigation bar

    Step 2: Click ‘View all orders’

    Step 3: Select ‘View details’ on the relevant order and click on ‘Return’

    Step 4: Select the product that you wish to return, enter the quantity you are returning and the reason for the return. Click ‘Return these products’

    Step 5: You’ll be given a returns reference number, followed by an email from our customer services detailing the next steps.

    If you’re not registered to access My Account, don’t worry, you can call our customer services team on 03457 201201.

    Remember, when requesting a return:

    • Please use the returns label on you delivery note or click here for an RS returns label
    • Make sure the items are securely packed, labelled and transported according to all applicable laws and regulations (including those relating to the transport of hazardous materials).
    • Our terms and conditions can be found under Section 12 of the ‘Cancellations and Returns’ in our conditions of sale.

    • All lithium-ion and lithium-metal batteries must have the relevant health and safety label clearly attached to the package. (Download your Lithium Battery packaging label here)
