There are certain items that we can’t accept as returns, these include:
- Software calibrated products
- Production packaging products
- Extended range products
- Specially manufactured products
We also can’t accept the return of ESD sensitive devices, where the original RS ESD shielding packaging has been compromised e.g. the bag has been opened and resealed, or multiple bags have been stapled together.
