Our national delivery partner has changed
We are now using DHL Parcel as our main UK parcel carrier. This offers you enhanced services enabling you to take control of your RS parcel delivery.
Once we have switched carriers, you can track your delivery quickly and easily using DHL Parcel’s real time track and trace service. By entering your shipment number from your RS order confirmation email, you can see where your parcel is and what time it will arrive.
Also, you can rearrange a delivery online to a day that better fits around you, or arrange delivery to your local DHL Parcel UK ServicePoint, safeplace or a neighbour.
