The Fuchs Reniso Synth 68 is a synthetic refrigeration oil specially developed for the lubrication of highly stressed NH₃ compressors. It offers excellent stability with ammonia and is also suitable for use with hydrocarbons like propane (R290), propylene (R1270), and CO₂ systems, though it is not miscible with CO₂.
