PH Series Wire to Board Housings

The PH Series from JST are a range of thin, highly reliable, single row housing for use with PH series crimp contacts. They have been designed to meet the demand for high-density connection of internal wires to printed circuit boards.

Features and Benefits

• 2.0 mm pitch
• 2 to 16 circuits
• Highly reliable contact at all times
• Fully covered header to ensure the correct connection to mating housing
• Natural (white) in colour
• UL 94V-0 flammability rating

The B&R Industrial Automation GmbH terminal block features tool-free wiring with push-in technology, enabling fast and secure connections. Wires can be easily released using a lever, and each terminal can be labelled individually, including plain text labelling. It is a push-in terminal type with a typical push-in force of 10 N and supports only copper wires (aluminum wires are not allowed). The required wire stripping length is 7 to 9 mm. Supported connection cross-sections include: single-wire (0.08 to 2.50 mm² / 28 to 14 AWG), fine-stranded wires (0.25 to 2.50 mm² / 24 to 14 AWG), wires with end sleeves (0.25 to 1.50 mm² / 24 to 16 AWG), and double wire end sleeves up to 2x 0.75 mm².
