RS PRO White Nylon Rod, 1 m x 6 mm

Create reliable and lightweight engineering components using this white nylon rod from RS PRO. It's highly machinable and it has a length of 1 metre, which will allow you to produce lots of smaller parts.
The rod has a UL (Underwriters' Laboratories) HB (Horizontal Burning) rating, which indicates that it will only burn very slowly, making it safe for exposure to flames. The nylon 66 material has a good level of impact strength, as well as being highly resistant to chemicals, ensuring reliable performance over a long lifespan.
It also has a high melting point and can be used safely up to +170°C, so it's suitable for demanding applications and environments. Use it for gears, wheels, and bearings in aerospace equipment, as well as packaging and food processing machinery.
