Endress+Hauser DMA15 Series Flow Meter, 35 L/min Maximum Flow Rate, 60°C Maximum Operating Temperature - DMA15-AAABA1

This flow metre measures and reports liquid flow rates for inline process monitoring and control. Built with corrosion-resistant wetted surfaces, it is intended for integration into fluid lines where moderate temperatures and a wide dynamic range of flow—from very low to mid-range—need to be quantified. The unit connects directly into piping systems via a male G-thread fitting and carries the required CE marking for use in regulated environments.

Features and Benefits:

• 316L wetted materials reduce corrosion risk and contamination
• Male G1/2 threaded connection enables straightforward inline installation
• Measures down to 0.05 L/min to capture very low-volume flows accurately
• Supports up to 35 L/min for higher throughput measurements
• Rated for continuous operation at temperatures up to 60°C
• Constructed from 316L stainless steel body for durable service

Applications

• Used for dosing control in process skids requiring low-flow precision
• Suitable for pharmaceutical liquid transfer where material compatibility matters
• Used with laboratory and pilot-plant lines needing compact inline measurement
• Ideal for food-sector sampling systems requiring stainless wetted parts

How does the connection type affect mounting options?

The male G1/2 thread conforms to G-thread standards, permitting straightforward screw-in mounting to compatible flanges or fittings without additional adaptors.

What operating environments suit the device temperature rating?

The maximum operating temperature of 60°C makes it appropriate for warm-process liquids but not for high-temperature steam or hot-oil circuits.

Which materials are exposed to the process fluid and why does that matter?

All wetted surfaces are made from 316L stainless steel, chosen for its chemical resistance and suitability where metal contact with liquids must be minimised.

Can it handle very low metering tasks and higher flow duties in the same installation?

The instrument spans from 0.05 L/min up to 35 L/min, allowing both precision low-flow metering and intermittent higher-flow events without swapping devices.
