Allen Bradley Auxiliary Contact Circuit Trip For Use With 1492-D DC Circuit Breaker, 63A - 189-AR11
This circuit trip device from Rockwell Automation's Allen Bradley range is designed to work with circuit breakers. It reacts to ground faults, short circuits and thermal overload in circuit breakers for enhanced safety. When the trip senses heat from an overload or high current from a short circuit, it cuts power to attached equipment to protect it. This component is rated in insulation safety class II. That means it has reinforced shielding that eliminates the need for earthing. It also has a 63A rated current, so it's suitable for heavy-duty industrial use.
• Rated short-circuit capacity of up to 10kA to withstand high current spikes• Mechanical endurance of 20,000 operations for reliable long-term performance• Wide operating temperature range of -20°C to +55°C, so suitable for use in harsh environments• Can be mounted in any position for flexible setup
Standards and Certifications
• Underwriters' Laboratory (UL)• Canadian Standards Association (CSA)
How do I install this component?
This device has fast clips that latch easily onto DIN rails for secure installation. It also has screw terminals that you can open with a simple screwdriver and insert cables into.
