Honeywell Bi-Metallic Thermostat, NC, Opens at +150°C- 2455RA Series -2455R 82-235 L150C

This bi-metallic thermostat from Honeywell is suitable for highly accurate temperature regulation across various commercial applications. The SPST (single pole, single throw) snap-action switch is normally closed and will open when the temperature rises to +150°C. It automatically resets (closes) at 15°C below the nominated operating temperature (+135°C). The unit has a high dielectric strength of 2000 V AC, so it can handle high voltages without failing or breaking down. For safety, the SPST contact is electrically separated from the mounting bracket.

Bi-Metallic Thermostat

Snap action bi-metallic disc operates an SPST contact which is electrically isolated from the mounting bracket.

All types reset when the temperature falls to nominally 15° below operating temperature.

• Contacts are rated to 250 Vac 10A with a maximum contact resistance of 50 mΩ.
