IDEM M-TS Safety Interlock Switch, Trapped Key Actuator Included, Metal, Interlock

The M-TS Single Key Tongue Interlock operates on the principle that when the key is "trapped" the actuator can be removed and is in the open position. When the actuator is re-inserted into the interlock the "trapped" key can then be removed. Once the released key is in the Isolator Switch or Key Exchange System power can then be re-applied to the guarded area. Only when the key is inserted and turned in the M-TS Tongue Interlock can the actuator be removed and the guard opened. Manufactured in robust die cast metal with high mirror polished finish the M-TS Tongue Interlock is suitable for SIP and CIP cleaning processes with high pressure hosing with detergents at high temperatures.
