IMI Norgren Pneumatic Piston Rod Cylinder, G3/8 Port Size, Polyurethane Seals - PRA/802000/M Series - PRA/802063/M/125

Quickly get your automated system moving with this pneumatic piston rod cylinder from IMI Norgren. It has a standard-sized 63mm bore and 125mm stroke length, making it easy to slot into existing equipment. Because the cylinder has a port at each end, it's capable of exerting force in both directions. This gives you precise control over tasks such as pushing and pulling in conveyor applications. As the rod is magnetic, it's compatible with reed switches (218-0617) for position tracking. The threaded end of this unit makes it a doddle to add swivel fittings (218-0232) and clevis attachments (218-0231) for straightforward connectivity.

Features & Benefits

• Works with lubricated and non-lubricated air, so it's compatible with varied supplies
• Durable PUR seals prevent leaks and drops in pressure
• Profile barrel shape means switches can be flush-mounted for convenience
• Adjustable cushioning automatically adapts to load changes, so there's no need for manual tweaking

Applications

• Railway industry
• Materials handling
• Food and beverage processing
• Electronics assembly

Is this pneumatic cylinder reliable in heavy plant environments?

Yes. Made with an anodised aluminium barrel and a martensitic stainless steel rod, this cylinder is corrosion-resistant and stands up to the shock and vibration typical of heavy industrial environments.
