The B&R Industrial Automation GmbH Bus Controller enables connection of X2X Link I/O nodes to PROFIBUS DP, supporting all PROFIBUS DP options and additional features. Beyond standard device, module, and channel diagnostics, it offers slot diagnostics in S7 format. X20 or other modules based on X2X Link can be connected, with PROFIBUS DP providing optimal configuration support for the modular system.
