The Pepperl + Fuchs Thru-Beam Sensor comes with a robust M18 threaded housing, available in plastic or metal, making it suitable for a wide range of applications. Its straightforward design focuses on essential features, streamlining selection and commissioning to save time and reduce costs. The sensor offers a threshold detection range of up to 21 meters. It uses a modulated visible red LED light, with a light spot diameter of approximately 110 mm at 1 meter and an angle of divergence of around 2.9°. The optical face is lateral, and it complies with an ambient light limit of 10,000 Lux as per EN 60947-5-2.
