Rohde & Schwarz RTH100 Series RTH1004 Oscilloscope
The Rohde & Schwarz RTH100 series handheld digital oscilloscope is a portable universal tool for laboratory and field use. It allows a bandwidth of 500MHz, memory depth up to 50MS and sampling rate up to 5GS/s. The input signal voltage required to operate this oscilloscope is 300V. This oscilloscope has LCD TFT, touch display of 7 in with a resolution of 800x480 pixel. The analogue to digital converter resolution is 10 bit. It has four channels. The oscilloscope has isolated channels for power signal measurements up to CAT IV 600V. It performs multiple functions like lab performance oscilloscope, logical and protocol analyser, waveform and pattern generator in one instrument.

History and segmented memory software is now included in standard RTH configuration for free, offering a saving of up to 18%. This option enables automatic storage of up to 5000 waveforms in a separate history buffer of the oscilloscope. The waveform data can be accessed any time to analyze past acquisitions using all oscilloscope capabilities.
