Keithley 6485 Picoammeter

The Keithley 6485 5½-digit Picoammeter offers sensitive current measurement instrumentation with enhanced speed and robust design. With eight current measurement ranges and high speed autoranging, it measures currents from 20fA to 20mA. The 6485 makes picoamp-level measurements affordable to most laboratories and production floors.
