RS PRO Heating Element
If you need to generate high heat in a compact space, use this heating element from RS PRO. It's less than 1 mm thick but can generate heat up to +200°C, making it a powerful heat supply that won't add weight or bulk to your set-up.
The heating mat is made from Kapton© polyimide (PI) material, so it's safe to use directly on metal thanks to its excellent electrical insulation. The material is also easy to clean and sterilise and has low out-gassing properties, making it suitable for military, medical and laboratory applications. For best results, you should use a thermocouple or limit switch to regulate the temperature of the heating mat.
