The TECH OT-LC BLACKOUT is an all black, large capacity wide open tote with our V-SWAP™ system of removable/swappable panels, and additional open space that can be reoriented to accommodate multiple tools and gear for a variety of tasks. An integral structural box features a repositionable insert box and magnetic LID functioning as both storage for small items or as a partition and includes 2 plastic partitions for further customization of the center box. The TECH OT-LC BLACKOUT comes with the 10 pocket panel and 15 pocket panel, as well as with the Bulk Storage panel. Additional panels, insert boxes and partitions are available and sold separately.
