Keep electrical components running smoothly and dissipating heat with this non-silicone thermal grease from RS PRO. Preventing electrical failure in the most extreme of environments, it has an operating temperature range of -50°C to +152°C.

The grease delivers clean and neat application onto surfaces. And as it gives an ultra-thin bond line, it can be easily applied and reworked. The thermal grease is flexible as it allows you to dispense it or screen and stencil machine print.

The grey-coloured, non-silicone grease has a wide variety of potential uses and is a handy material for many electrical devices and needs. You'll find it in use in mobile phone components, LED signage, computer CPUs and the battery thermal management of hybrid vehicles.
