HARWIN Spring Loaded Test Terminal

The HARWIN spring loaded test terminal is a one-piece spring probe that is ready to assemble to the test unit. This test terminal ensures fast multipoint testing of PCB sub-assemblies during development and production. The probe is inserted into the panel (up to the shoulder) and soldered or glued to the panel. Once the probe is fixed in the mounting plate, the wire can be assembled to the rear of the probe. The recommended method is to strip a small length of the wire, wind it around the undercut on the rear of the probe, then solder it in place for electrical connection. To mount multiple spring probes, it is recommended that this probe is assembled at a minimum pitch size of 3mm to ensure electrical performance is maintained.
