The SMC VXD 2/2 solenoid valve individual unit servo-controlled membrane is a self-piloting 2-way solenoid valve, the VXD, is 7% smaller than the previous conventional models, but continues to offer great benefits. The new VXD is not only more compact, but also consumes less energy. Ideal for applications with air, water, oil, hot water and oil, from washdown gantries to oil circuits in process industries, the VXD is available in a wide range of body materials (aluminum, resin, brass and stainless steel). It offers, as an option, resistance to low ozone concentration and degreasing.
