The ON Semiconductor TO-247-2L silicon carbide (SiC) 2-pin Schottky diode has a repetitive reverse voltage of 650VDC and a forward current rating of 30A. It uses a completely new technology that provides superior switching performance and higher reliability as compared to Silicon.
