It's suitable for tightening both metal and plastic mounting rings, so there's no need to search out multiple tools. To get the job done quickly, simply turn the tool by hand to tighten the ring until you have the correct fit. Push buttons in the 800F range fit into a standard 22mm mounting hole, so you can incorporate them into your setup without a hitch.
