Teledyne RF Relay

The Teledyne 712 series PCB mount DPDT ultra-miniature RF relay is actuated with 5VDC coil voltage at a frequency of 1GHz. It is a relay with internal transistor driver and coil transient suppression diode. It has a low profile height of 6.99mm, low coil power dissipation and is designed for use when close PCB spacing is required. This relay has unique construction features and manufacturing techniques that provide excellent resistance to environmental extremes and overall high reliability. It is hermetically sealed and gives excellent switching performance from Dry Circuit to 1A. A typical RF application for this relay is in handheld radio transceivers which combine the features of good RF performance, small size, low coil power dissipation and high reliability, making it a preferred method for transmitting/receive switching.
