RS PRO Brass Hex Nut, Plain, M6

These brass hex nuts from our RS PRO series are sturdy fasteners that offer a tight fit and impressive durability. Hex nuts are among the most common nuts available and are used with everything from anchors, bolts and screws through to studs, threaded rods and any other fastener that has machine screw threads. There are six sides to a hex nut and their shape means you can tighten and loosen them with ease.

Formed from high-quality solid brass, this product is robust and corrosion-resistant. As brass doesn’t oxidise quickly, these hex nuts can be used around water without rusting. Characterised by a distinctive dark-gold colour, they can also serve as a decorative element in projects.

As an RoHS product, you can be sure that levels of hazardous substances within these hex nuts don’t exceed 0.1%. They've also been shielded from harmful electrostatic discharges during handling and package.
