The Infineon smart high-side power switch, providing protection functions and diagnosis. The device is integrated in SMART7 technology. It has an absolute and dynamic temperature limitation with controlled restart. It offers overcurrent protection (tripping) with intelligent restart control, under voltage shutdown and overvoltage protection with external components.

Suitable for resistive, inductive and capacitive loads and replaces electromechanical relays, fuses and discrete circuits
