The Infineon makes this smart high-side power switch, providing protection functions and diagnosis. It offers an absolute and dynamic temperature limitation with controlled reactivation. It has overcurrent protection (tripping) with intelligent latch, under voltage shutdown and overvoltage protection with external components. It is suitable for powertrain systems such as transmission applications.

Suitable for driving 15 A resistive, inductive and capacitive loads

Replaces electromechanical relays, fuses and discrete circuits

Suitable for driving glow plug, heating loads, DC motor and for power distribution
