The SMC VQ20/30 is a 2-port solenoid valve with pilot operation, designed for air and inert gas fluids. The operating pressure range is 0.01 to 0.6 MPa. It features an effective area (Cv/effective orifice) from 7.2mm² to 17.5mm² (0.4/ diameter 3-1/diameter 4.8). The coil rated voltage options include 12VDC, 24VDC, 100VAC, 110VAC, and 200VAC.
Response time 5ms or less (VQ20) and 20ms or less (VQ30)
