The Wachendorff EtherCAT Server (Slave) / Profinet Slave Gateway that makes it possible to connect an EtherCAT client (master) such as a Beckhoff PLC, OMRON PLC to a Profinet master example PLC, SCADA system in order to exchange information between the networks. On the EtherCAT side there are two Ethernet ports for EtherCAT IN and OUT connections they enable line and ring topologies for simple redundant communication. Simple and fast integration of the EtherCAT server gateways in the master configuration thanks to the ESI file created with the software SW67E23.
