Differential probes SI-9001, SI-9002

When you use the oscilloscope in its usual context to show and measure circuit shaft formations, you are working in the most common mode for voltage measurements. The differential probe enhances the oscilloscope probe's measuring capabilities with performance conversion, inverters, motor speed indicators, switch mode power supplies and many other applications.

Testec

The Testec is an active differential oscilloscope probe that enables a conventional oscilloscope to display and measure in-circuit waveforms that are referenced to high common-mode voltages. It is capable of safely measuring differential voltages up to ±1000VAC and 1400VAC/DC. It supports bandwidths up to 25MHz.

Features and Benefits

• Bandwidth is DC to 25MHz
• Attenuation is 1:20/1:200
• Rise time is 14ns
• Differential mode input voltage is 1:20 ±140V (DC+peak AC) or 140Vrms 1:200 ±1400V (DC+peak AC) or 1000Vrms
• Input impedance is 4Mohm ll5.5pF each side to ground
• Common mode voltage range is 1:20 and 1:200 ±1400V (DC+peak AC) or 1000Vrms
• Non-destructive Max input voltage is 1:20 and 1:200 ±1400V (DC+peak AC) or 1000Vrms
• CMRR (typical) is -80dB at 50Hz and -60dB at 20kHz
• Offset (typical) is <±5mV
• Noise (typical) is 0.7mVRMS

Applications

• Performance conversion
• Inverters
• Motor speed indicators
• Switch mode power supplies
