ABB Monitoring Relay, NO/NC Contacts, 300V AC Operational Voltage - CM-MSS Series - 1SVR730712R1400 CM-MSS.31S

Use this thermistor monitoring relay from ABB to prevent your motor from overheating. It performs short-circuit detection, dynamic interrupted wire detection and non-volatile fault storage functions to ensure your motor operates efficiently. Its 3 LEDs display the unit's status, so you can use them to monitor the device and evaluate load control. This relay functions in a temperature range of -25°C and +60°C, meaning it's suitable for use in demanding conditions. It's designed with a safety barrier between its supply, measuring and output circuits for effective fault isolation and detection.

Features & Benefits

• Impulse withstand voltage of 4kV to protect its components against power surges

• Compatible with DIN rail mounting, so installation is quick and doesn't call for specialist tools

• 300V AC operational voltage, so it's ideal for use in medium-duty to heavy-duty applications

Applications

• Marine sector

• Manufacturing industry

• Building sites

What level of mechanical shock can this relay handle?

The thermistor motor protection relay can withstand 10g of mechanical shock for 11ms, making it suitable for use in vibrating systems.
