The Microprocessor is a high performance chip operating at 400MHz on a 32 bit architecture. Encased in a BGA-516 package. The SoC incorporates a dual-issue integer core, derived from the MPC603e microprocessor, capable of operating at frequencies ranging from 266 to 400 MHz.
