The Microchip PIC16F876 enhanced flash microcontroller has 28-pin package. It operates on 2.0V to 5.5V voltage range. This microcontroller one-half of the total on-chip memory and three I/O ports. It features 8KBytes flash program memory, 368Bytes data memory and 256Bytes EEPROM.
