The Microchip PIC16F873A enhanced flash microcontroller has 28-pin package. It operates on 2.0V to 5.5V voltage range. This microcontroller one-half of the total on-chip memory and three I/O ports. It features 4KBytes flash program memory, 192Bytes data memory and 128Bytes EEPROM.
