The Microchip MEMS oscillators deliver outstanding jitter and stability performance while consuming very low power across a wide supply voltage range 1.71V to 3.63V and temperature range –40°C to +125°C. Operating from 2.3 MHz to 170 MHz with 2.5V and 3.3V supply voltages, and from 2.3 MHz to 125 MHz with a 1.8V supply voltage, they are ideal for high-performance applications where precision timing is crucial, without compromising on energy efficiency.
