In the event of an electrical surge, the MCB's bi-metal strip heats up and bends, breaking the circuit and immediately halting the flow of electricity to downstream devices. They are current-limiting and are available in 1, 2 or 3 pole versions, offering more versatility to meet your requirements. They also have dual terminals for wiring and bus bar flexibility.
