The 3-channel differential line driver designed for line driver applications in engineering. It features 6 current-limited and short-circuit-proof push-pull drivers, with a guaranteed driver current of either 30mA or 100mA. The outputs are compatible with TTL and CMOS levels, and the device also includes integrated free-wheeling diodes and Schmitt trigger inputs with pull-up current sources and clamping diodes. It operates in an extended temperature range of -25 to 85 degrees Celsius and is available in SO16W package.
