The Laser Diode Driver designed for continuous wave operation. It operates in a supply voltage range of 2.4 to 6 V and can handle a laser drive current of up to 70 mA. This driver offers a rapid soft start after power-on, simple power adjustment via an external resistor, and a control loop accuracy better than 1% with changes in temperature, supply voltage, and load current.
