The Driver IC is a quad differential line driver designed for industrial applications with 5V and 24V supplies. It features complementary short-circuit-proof push-pull driver stages for RS422 and 24V applications up to 2 MHz. The driver stages have integrated line adaptation for high signal quality at 24V. With a supply voltage range of 4.5V to 35V, the IC-HD7 can operate at low static power dissipation. It also has a tristate function for bus applications with excessive temperature shutdown. The IC-HD7 is compatible with CMOS and TTL levels and offers high driving capability of up to 200mA at 24V.
