Use this digital hygrometer from Testo to measure the temperature and humidity levels in your environment. It features two ram electrodes you can insert into a piece of wood or building material to precisely measure its moisture level. The wide temperature measuring range of -10°C to +50°C makes it suitable for use in demanding environments. As it supports a broad relative humidity (RH) measurement range of 0% to 100%, it's effective for both dry and wet applications. What types of wood and building material can I use this hygrometer on?
You can use this hygrometer to measure the moisture level of various kinds of woods, including beech, spruce, larch, oak, pine and maple. It can also measure the moisture level of cement screed, concrete, plaster, anhydrite screed, cement mortar, limestone mortar and brickwork. The device has a built-in data system for the characteristic curve of different types of materials, so you'll always get accurate results.
