SKF Mineral Oil Grease With Lithium Soap Thickener, 420ml, 500mm²/s Viscosity - LGEM 2/0.4

Keep your machines running smoothly with this grease from SKF. Its mineral oil base has reliable lubrication properties that prevent mechanical wear and tear under extreme pressure. A high viscosity index of 500mm²/s (millimetres per second) means it's thick and maintains its paste form in demanding environments. It's infused with molybdenum disulphide, which resists friction even under heavy loads. This grease also has a graphite additive that bonds with water vapour in the air to create a thin, corrosion-resistant film that extends the service life of your equipment.

• Five-year shelf life for extended use
• Broad operating temperature range of -20°C to +120°C for use in demanding environments
• Oxidation stability prevents damage caused by exposure to air
• Compact 420ml cartridge for easy application in hard-to-reach places

Applications

• Construction industry
• Mining and quarrying
• Mechanical shafts
• Industrial pumps

Where should I use a grease with lithium soap thickener?

Lithium soap thickener keeps the grease stable in extreme temperatures, so it's suitable for use in hot environments such as factories, construction sites and mines.
