IMI Norgren B72G Series General Purpose Filter Regulator, G3/8 - B72G-3GK-ST3-RMN

Ensure reliable control of air flow and separation of clean air with this Norgren B72G general purpose combined filter regulator unit.

The filter removes contaminants such as water and particles from the air flow of the pneumatic system, while the regulator keeps the pressure level constant, ensuring optimal performance of the system. This also helps to maintain the service life of the equipment. It has a 0.3 bar to 10 bar pressure range and 40μm filtration. The B72G features a convenient quick release bayonet bowl which can be easily removed and replaced. It has a broad operating temperature range of -20°C to +50°C.

The design of this filter regulator means that it is also compatible with other Excelon products, for ease-of-installation and customisation.

Features and Benefits:

• Semi-automatic drain
• Relieving diaphragm
• Long-life filter element
• Push-to-lock adjustment knob securely locks in the pressure setting
• Transparent polycarbonate bowl

Note: Typical flow data is accurate with 10 bar inlet pressure, 6.3 bar set pressure and a 1 bar drop. Maximum inlet pressure 10 bar.

How do I clean the filter bowl?

Remove the bowl by pushing it into the body and turning it counter-clockwise. You should then clean the plastic bowl with warm water only, and then rinse and dry. If the bowl shows signs of cracking or cloudiness it must be replaced.
