SKF Deep-Groove Ball Bearing, 25mm ID, 52mm OD - 6205-2RSH/C3

Benefit from a high dynamic load carrying capacity with this heavy-duty deep-groove ball bearing from SKF. It's fitted with two steel-reinforced seals that are made from rubber that resist oil and wear to improve the unit's service life. The seals also extend the grease life of the unit by keeping lubricant inside the bearing, which reduces maintenance downtime and improves productivity. Thanks to the durable, corrosion-resistant steel material, this bearing is suitable for use in harsh environments.

• Wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +120°C for use in demanding environments

• Accepts both radial and axial loads for greater versatility

• Radial slots in the seals ensure proper lubrication for reduced friction and improved performance

• Optimised vent holes eliminate the risk of a vacuum effect caused by low internal pressure

Applications

• Mining and mineral processing

• Pulp and steel mills

• Packaging and processing plants

Can this bearing withstand high-pressure cleaning?

The specially designed seal has a lip in axial contact with the bearing's inner ring, as well as a secondary lip seal that prevents water entry. The contact pressure between this seal lip and the seal counterface increases when pressure is applied to the outside of the bearing, so it can stand up to high-pressure washdowns.
