SKF Single-Row Thrust Ball Bearing, 12mm ID, 26mm OD - 51101

Simplify mounting and dismounting with this single row thrust bearing from SKF. Its separable components allow for simpler maintenance and inspection. A strong steel composition makes this bearing robust and long-wearing. It also has good resistance to chemicals and oxidation, so there's little chance of the component corroding. The need for relubrication is kept to a minimum, so you'll benefit from reduced downtime and less waste. This single-row thrust bearing is able to carry axial loads in one direction.

• Low noise and vibration allows for smoother rotation and quieter machine operation
• Produces very little friction to keep the unit cool and performing optimally
• Energy-efficient performance, even in demanding industrial applications

Applications

• Agricultural machinery
• Printing industry
• Assembly and packaging lines
• Automotive industry

How do I mount a single-direction thrust bearing?

When mounting a single-direction thrust ball bearing you should start by identifying the shaft washer and the housing washer. The bore of the shaft washer is ground and always smaller than the bore of the housing washer. Attach the shaft washer to the shaft step or fixed shaft component before assembling the rest of the unit.
