Single Row - Angular Contact - Open Type
These single row angular bearings have a high and low shoulder on both raceways. This allows a large number of balls to be accommodated in the bearing to give it a relatively high loading capacity.
The bearings have a contact angle of 40° and are therefore ideal for withstanding high axial loads
They are non-separable and can tolerate relatively high speeds
Note
These single row angular-contact ball bearings can only accept axial loads in one direction. The bearings must therefore be mounted against a second, conventional bearing.
