Connection Validation (CV) evaluates the quality of each solder joint and provides closed-loop feedback to the operator via the LED light ring in the handpiece. CV complements the skill of the operator to judge the quality of a solder joint by introducing an objective method of evaluating solder joint quality. This systemic and objective approach provides repeatability and a measurable standard to the soldering process.
This economical dispensing solution delivers high precision and consistent repeatability, with an adjustable operating pressure of up to 6.9 bar (100 psi). Featuring an RS‑232 interface for seamless PLC integration, it is available in two models: the DX‑250 for general applications with pressure adjustment from 0 to 6.9 bar, and the DX‑255 for low‑viscosity media with adjustable pressure from 0 to 1 bar.
This intuitive dispenser provides high‑accuracy line and point dispensing, with digital control of time, pressure, and adjustable vacuum suck‑back to prevent dripping and stringing. The MFR‑1300 Series desoldering and rework systems are standalone units with two switchable ports, designed for efficient through‑hole desoldering. The BVX‑250 is a portable, two‑station fume filtration system designed to remove fumes, smoke, dust, and vapors, delivering 99.97% HEPA 13 efficiency and twice the suction power of previous models. It features rapid 30‑second filter changes for minimal downtime. The BVX‑250‑KIT includes the extractor, HEPA and prefilters, a 1.5 m arm/hose, two nozzle filters, and a foot switch, and is compatible with existing Metcal BVX and Omniflex arms and hoses.
The FM‑BVX250 HEPA 13 filter delivers 99.97% filtration efficiency in a compact design, capturing particles from 0.3 μm to 2.5 μm with a low pressure drop of 28 ± 2 Pa.
