The ROHM Voltage detector ICs feature ultra-low current consumption and high accuracy, thanks to the CMOS process. They allow free time delay setting through an external capacitor. The lineup includes N-channel open drain output devices with detection voltages ranging from 0.9 V to 5.0 V in 0.1 V increments. The time delay accuracy is ±30% across the full operating temperature range of -40 °C to 85 °C.
