It's also known as a vacuum switch and lets you easily manage the flow of relative pressure or vacuum (from 0 to 1 bar) for system stability or to trigger actions like switch actuation. This makes it practical for pressure control and interlock functions critical to low-pressure industrial applications. It also helps ensure your safety and that of your pneumatic equipment. As the unit uses a pneumatic-electric transducer to measure differences in pressure, it takes pneumatic signals at its pilot port and uses them to pressurise a diaphragm that actuates the microswitch inside, switching your circuit.
